These terms govern your use of Uso Saiban (the “App”), provided by Shinsuke Kitano (the “Operator”).

1. The service

The App is an in-person party game for three or more players sharing one iPhone, making up defenses based on fictional cases and evidence. Guilty and innocent roles are game mechanics, not findings about real people or events or legal advice. The App displays ads. You are responsible for any data charges associated with ads or external websites.

2. Playing responsibly

Play in a way that lets everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the game. Minors should obtain parental permission where required. When passing the phone, take care not to expose personal information or screens outside the App.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking laws or acting against public order
• Harassment, defamation, discrimination or invasions of privacy
• Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of the Operator or third parties
• Unauthorized modification or access, or interference with the App or its ad delivery
• Unauthorized redistribution or sale of the App’s images, text or other materials

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the App’s software, images, text and other materials belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission, except where allowed by law.

5. Changes and interruptions

The Operator may change, interrupt or discontinue the App for improvements, maintenance, technical problems or other reasons. Where possible, significant changes will be announced on this website or through other appropriate means.

6. Responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee operation on every device or in every environment. Responsibility for disputes between players or content on external websites and ad destinations is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Privacy

Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes and their effective dates will be announced on this website or through other appropriate means, following any procedures required by law.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Japanese law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence.
