Shinsuke Kitano (the “Operator”) handles information relating to the Uso Saiban iPhone app and this official website as described below.

1. Game information

Player names, settings, language preferences and game progress are stored on your device and are not sent to the Operator’s server. The app does not require an account and does not record or transmit defense speeches. Delete the app to remove its locally stored data.

2. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC, to display banner ads. For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related purposes, the SDK may collect and transmit information such as IP address, device, operating system and app information, ad views and interactions, diagnostic data, and advertising identifiers when permitted. Processing depends on your region, permissions and ad settings.

3. Your privacy choices

A Google consent message is shown where required. When available, use “Ad privacy options” in the app’s Settings to update your advertising choices. The app requests iOS permission before tracking activity across other companies’ apps or websites. You can play without allowing tracking, and change that permission in iOS Settings.

4. Support messages

When you contact us, we receive your email address and any name, message or attachments you provide. We use them to respond, investigate problems, improve the service and follow up. We retain them as needed to handle your request and appropriately delete information that is no longer needed. Contact us about deletion or other information requests.

5. Website and external services

This website does not include our own analytics tools or advertising tags. Hosting providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses and access times, to deliver and protect the site. External websites have their own policies. External service providers may process information outside Japan.

6. Information management and sharing

We take appropriate measures to protect information we handle from unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not share support messages with third parties except with your consent, when legally required, or as otherwise permitted by law. Advertising SDK processing is described in section 2.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change. Updates are published on this page, with additional notice of significant changes where needed.
